Kim Kardashian frequently follows strict diets that generally exclude alcohol. She has reportedly abstained from coffee as well but has chosen to “loosen up a little bit” with her own rules about both. Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop Podcast revealed that the reality star quit drinking alcohol because she “hates the taste.”

Until she started drinking tequila.

“I started drinking a little bit when I was 42. It’s coffee and alcohol,” she said. “I feel like I need to let go a little bit. Because, you know, why not? I just feel like I work a lot and focus… After school, it’s just product meetings, testing and packaging meetings, and everything.”

“It just needs to be a small shot of pineapple and a shot of tequila,” she says of her preferred tequila and pineapple shots. I had two shots and I’m feeling great. It’s been interesting.”

Even though she previously told People, “I do not drink alcohol at all,” the Kardashians star has not been fully sober all these years. My sisters drink, so when they go wild, I am there to bring them back down…. I’ve never been a big drinker. ‘I hate the taste of alcohol.’ In 2018, a source told People that the SKIMS founder “rarely” drinks.

“She drinks occasionally but mainly abstains. “On certain occasions, such as holidays or birthdays, she may drink a glass of champagne,” they claimed. Another insider repeated what Kardashian has said herself, stating the influencer “very much doesn’t drink at all. She is not a party girl, and it is not a part of her life. She’ll take a drink now and again, but she despises the taste of alcohol.”

“They’re very conscious of their image, especially Kim,” they continued. They hate losing control. Kim had her years of partying, especially when she was pals with Paris. She also used to go to clubs every weeknight. Her life has changed dramatically.” And now everything is back to normal.
